During the month of April, BRMS took advantage of the wonderful weather and volunteered with the Twin Lakes Food Bank. This community-operated food bank is dedicated to providing the basic needs of nutritious food and social assistance with dignity and humility to the citizens of Folsom.
Ten BRMS employees assisted the organizers of the food bank by spending a Thursday morning tending to the community garden that provides fruits, vegetables, and herbs for the bank. Half of the volunteers harvested all of the crops that were planted in the wintertime while the other half prepared the garden for the planting of the summer crops.
BRMS proudly supports the Twin Lakes Food Bank in their mission to mobilize the community to provide food and support to those in need.
