Because of the impact of severe weather and disasters in the United States and U.S. Territories, and to ensure that our members have convenient access to their prescriptions, Cigna Pharmacy Management has ordered the waiving of all “Refill Too Soon” restrictions in the following areas:
- Tennessee – through March 8, 2019 (Anderson, Bledsoe, Blount, Bradley, Campbell, Carter, Cheatham, Cocke, Claiborne, Cumberland, Grainger, Greene, Hamblen, Hamilton, Hancock, Hawkins, Jefferson, Johnson, Loudon, Knox, Marion, McMinn, Meigs, Monroe, Morgan, Overton, Polk, Rhea, Roane, Scott, Sequatchie, Sevier, Sullivan, Unicoi, Union, Van Buren, Washington, and Wilson counties)
- Tennessee – through March 9, 2019 (Davidson, Giles, Hickman, Lawrence, Moore, Marshall, Maury, Rutherford, Sumner, and Williamson counties)
- Alabama – through March 9, 2019 (Blount, Cherokee, Colbert, Cullman, DeKalb, Etowah, Fayette, Franklin, Jackson, Lamar, Lauderdale, Lawrence, Limestone, Madison, Marion, Marshall, Morgan, Walker, and Winston counties)
- Mississippi – through March 10, 2019 (Bruce, Grenada, and Lafayette counties)
- Kentucky – through March 11, 2019 (statewide)
Additionally, Cigna Pharmacy Management has extended the waiving of all “Refill Too Soon” restrictions in the following areas:
- Louisiana – through February 28, 2019 (Assumption, Avoyelles, Bossier, Caddo, Caldwell, Catahoula, Concordia, East Carroll, Franklin, Grant, Madison, Morehouse, Natchitoches, Ouachita, Rapides, Richland, Terrebonne, Tensas, and West Feliciana counties)
