These new enhancements include:
1 Full integration of behavioral providers into the myCigna.com medical directory
2 Improved navigation on the Home Page
3 A cleaner, more intuitive “Find Care” experience
Additionally, we have updated the banner on the bottom of the home page to direct members to contact their Third-Party Administrator for help with benefits and coverage.
For your reference, the updated the myCigna.com Provider Search Guide is now available in the Digital Operations Toolkit. Your Client Service Partner (CSP) is available to assist if you have additional questions.
We continue to review and enhance myCigna.com and will notify you of any major changes as the year progresses.
