We are contacting you today to let you know about some enhancements being made to myCigna.com (web and mobile) and the myCigna® app. The goal of these changes is to improve the member and client online experience.
As a result, myCigna.com users can expect to notice improvements to navigation on the Home Page and the overall Find Care experience in late January/early February 2019.
What this means to you:
Users should be aware that myCigna.com will look different, beginning January 31. Notable changes will include:
- A cleaner, more intuitive Find Care Experience.
An improved user interface will feature:
- Full integration of behavioral providers into the medical directory
- Guided search to help members find the right care at the right time
- Improved navigation on the Home Page.
New labeling and an uncluttered design on the Home Page will make it easier for users to find what they are looking for.
In order to make sure members are able to find exactly what they are looking for on myCigna.com, we will be updating the appropriate sales and training materials with new screenshots and instructions to search. They will be available in the Digital Marketing Toolkits when complete.
